We are unable to provide refunds, however, online purchases are eligible for online or in-store credit or an exchange. Merchandise purchased in our retail store may not be returned or exchanged online.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an online or in-store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Some items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" in the product description are not eligible for a refund, store or online credit, or exchange. This includes all items in our "Sale" sections.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or items returned after the 14-day limit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
- Customized / personalized items
- Holiday items
- Discounted items
- Bathing suits for any reasons, due to health concerns
- Hair items of any kind.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of purchasing, please contact us at [email protected].
We pride ourselves in providing fast shipping! We offer USPS standard and express shipping. Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon the total amount of your order, before tax.
Please note that once your order has left our retail location we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of USPS. USPS is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date. All of our orders are fulfilled through our retail location and are processed on a first come, first served basis. The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed at checkout. Occasionally, an item might be available when you place it in your shopping bag but sold out once you reach the checkout or the order is received by the store. You will be notified immediately if this situation happens.
