1.1 How do I begin a return?
  • We are unable to provide refunds, however, online purchases are eligible for online or in-store credit or an exchange. Merchandise purchased in our retail store may not be returned or exchanged online.
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an online or in-store credit or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Some items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" in the product description are not eligible for a refund, store or online credit, or exchange. This includes all items in our "Sale" sections.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or items returned after the 14-day limit will not be accepted.
1.2 How long does it take for my items to ship?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of purchasing, please contact us at [email protected]
